Welcoming Sian Lewis as Director of Delivery Services

Sian Lewis has been announced as Director of Delivery Services for the Police Digital Service (PDS).

Joining PDS from P&O Ferries, where she set up and ran their ePMO (Enterprise Portfolio Management Office), Sian is a skilled Change Director, with over 26 years of experience working in the travel, aviation and aerospace, and banking sectors.

As the Director of Delivery Services, Sian is part of the Senior Leadership Team with accountability for the successful delivery of all significant change and transformation programmes.

Sian commented: “I’m really excited to be joining PDS especially at this time of ever increasing digital and transformational change.

“I’m looking forward to learning more about the world of digital policing and being able to bring my delivery expertise to build a first-class delivery function.”

Sian is taking over the Director of Delivery Services role from Tony Blaker QPM, who has served as the Interim Director since August 2022.
