Engagement, Events & Collaboration Support

Engagement, Event & Collaboration Support is a suite of engagement and events services to help policing share knowledge, build partnerships, and strengthen national resilience.

How it works

This service includes facilitated workshops and events to support learning, local engagement to improve awareness of national services, and cyber liaison to maximise value from the National Management Centre (NMC).

The Engagement, Event & Collaboration Support also enables cross-government and private sector cooperation on cyber security, ensuring coordinated action against emerging threats. By connecting stakeholders and promoting dialogue, we drive better adoption, innovation, and operational outcomes.

Use cases

Key policing events

We were commissioned to run the NPCC Innovation & Digital Summit 2025, supporting the Digital, Data and Technology and Science and Innovation Coordination Committees and their chairs in co-facilitating this major national policing event. We are enabling the attendance of over 600 people, including officers, staff, public sector colleagues and vendors across a 3-day event. This will support knowledge sharing, networking and collaboration on the national scale.

Force engagements

Our Cyber Liaison team ensure all onboarded entities have a clear understanding of the NMC services, what value they deliver, how to consume them and how to interact with them. We build trusted relationships within forces and encourage regular, effective dialogue and communication.
