Jennifer Roderick Shortlisted for Prestigious TechWomen100 Award
The Police Digital Service (PDS) proudly announces that Jennifer Roderick, its Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead for the National Management Centre (NMC), has been shortlisted for the 2025 TechWomen100 Awards.
Organized by WeAreTechWomen, the awards celebrate the achievements of rising female stars in the technology sector, below director level.
The TechWomen100 Awards is Created to highlight the achievements of emerging female talent and to create a new generation of role models within the tech industry, where women make up just a fraction of the workforce. The shortlist was selected by an esteemed panel of judges from a pool of over 1,000 entries.
Jennifer Roderick’s shortlisting is a testament to her exceptional skills and dedication in the field of cyber security. With previous military, non-profit, start-up, and policy experience and Master’s degrees in Astrophysics, Defence and Strategic Studies, and currently completing AI and Cyber Law, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to her role at PDS. She is a career cyber convert who believes that every day in cyber security is a learning day. She is also a passionate advocate for creating a supportive and thriving work environment for her peers.

The NMC provides a 24/7 nationally coordinated, locally delivered, cybersecurity service for police forces across the UK to protect, detect, and respond to cyber activity on policing infrastructures.
