PDS announced as approved G-Cloud 13 supplier
The Police Digital Service (PDS) is an approved G-Cloud 13 supplier for:
- Consultancy services;
- Cyber security services; and
- Video Enabled Policing (VEP)
G-Cloud 13 is a framework from Crown Commercial Services which gives public sector organisations access to cloud-based goods and services. Suppliers on the framework have to meet stringent standards and be able to offer access to customers in a legally compliant manner.
Essentially, it makes it easier for anyone who needs digital, data and technology services and goods to access products quickly, easily, safely and compliantly.
G-Cloud is periodically recompeted according to market conditions.
Commenting on the new David Bowen, Operations Director, PDS said: “I’m delighted that we are once again an approved G-Cloud supplier, this year with an extended offering. It is a testament to the technical expertise and capability within PDS, working closely with police forces to ensure that our products and services are perfectly placed to meet their needs.
“Any public sector organisation securing our consultancy or cyber security services, or our Video Enabled Policing product, can be confident that they’re procuring effective, value for money and high-quality goods and services from PDS that will fit their requirements.”
These services are available from Crown Commercial Services.
