PDS supports No More Week 2026
No More week marks a global moment to stand together against domestic abuse and sexual violence and reaffirm our collective responsibility to protect victims and empower survivors.
According to the Office of National Statistics’ (ONS) Domestic abuse in England and Wales overview, in the year ending March 2025:
- 3.8 million people aged 16+ experienced domestic abuse.
- This includes 2.2 million women and 1.5 million men.
The Worldmetrics’ Domestic violence UK statistics shows that 80% of survivors report poor mental health and 60% experience suicidal thoughts, illustrating the deep and lasting impact of abuse.
Behind every statistic is a person who deserves safety, dignity and support.
