NPCC Digital, Data and Technology Coordination Committee (DDaTCC) requested our support leading the refresh of the National Police Digital Strategy. Through extensive engagement, workshops, interviews and regular consultation with senior stakeholders, we were able to bring NPCC, Home Office and APCC together to co-author the strategy.
The output is a visionary artifact, which addresses all the gaps the original 2020 strategy left, by giving a clear direction of travel whilst still leaving space for the relevant delivery organisations to operate. Extensive positive feedback was received from policing, public sector and industry on the highly professional, efficient and effective manner for which we carried out this strategy refresh.
