Flexible working hours

We trust you to do your job and we appreciate that life doesn’t always fit around a 9 to 5 workday. We operate core hours of 10 to 4, Monday to Friday, to allow flexibility to choose your own start and end times whilst completing your contractual hours over the working week

Some roles require set shifts, this will be discussed with you at interview if it affects the role you are applying for.

Working from home

Most of our roles are remote, but this is always indicated in the advert

If you work from home all or some of the time, we will provide you all the equipment you need to get set up. We just ask that you have good internet connection and a private, quiet space which allows you to do your best work.


There’s a choice of two pension schemes to meet your needs: Nest or St James’s Place. You’ll also have access to pensions advice via Collins Wealth Management.

We offer double matched contributions up to 12%, so if you put in 6%, we will put in a 12% employer contribution on top of this.

You can opt to pay in more if you like.

We operate a salary sacrifice scheme to allow you to benefit from National Insurance Contribution savings.

You can opt out if you’d prefer not to have a pension at all. 

Health and wellbeing

After four months of service, you’ll receive paid sick leave for physical & mental health. This starts at 2 months half pay and increases annually.

Our Employee Assistance Programme offers a 24/7 confidential advice line for health, legal & bereavement support (and lots more).

After successfully completing your probation period, you’ll receive access to the Help@Hand health and wellbeing app which includes remote GP appointments, mental health support, physiotherapy and much more.


We offer 28 days’ holiday a year plus bank holidays – and we want you to take and enjoy them!

You’ll receive an additional day after completing three years’ service, and another after five years.


You’ll receive enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave pay if you meet the statutory eligibility criteria.

After successfully completing your probation, you’ll benefit from life insurance from Unum of four times your annual base salary, up to £550,000.
