This work is important in helping ensure business change remains central to how policing delivers digital, data and technology change, and how we support the service to operate effectively, build trust and protect the public.
We have held a series of face-to-face workshops with colleagues from policing, partner organisations and technology providers. These sessions have been very helpful in bringing people together, sharing experience and providing valuable insight to help shape the Strategy.
Further opportunity to contribute
We recognise that not everyone has been able to attend the regional workshops and want to ensure National Change Board members and wider change colleagues have a further opportunity to contribute.
We are therefore offering a final online engagement session for those who were unable to attend in June. This will be a two-hour webinar at 10:00am on 14 July 2026.
The session will provide an opportunity to share views and help shape how digital business change is planned, delivered and embedded across policing.
