Innovation Business Analyst – Lincolnshire Police

This role sits at the heart of change, working with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities where technology can reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery. You’ll analyse business processes, gather requirements, evaluate solutions and help deliver automation technologies, primarily through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

You’ll act as the bridge between operational teams and technical specialists, helping turn ideas and challenges into practical, secure and effective solutions that make a real difference.
