Press release – Police Digital Service duo commended for outstanding work
Two Police Digital Service (PDS) colleagues have received commendations for the outstanding contributions a Home Office Awards Ceremony in London to celebrate 50 years of the Police National Computer.
Manjit Chodha and Sarah Tuck both received commendations stating ‘Outstanding contribution and an unwavering standard of excellence in the provision of the Police National Computer. The NPCC and Home office commend you for your dedication, commitment, and professionalism, in delivering for UK Police Services, the Home Office , and wider Law Enforcement Agencies.’ PDS’s cyber team has been working with the PNC to provide assurance across the Cyber Secure by design and audit, risk and compliance teams.
The event enjoyed by 200 attendees, including senior representatives from the Home Office, Police Forces, and PNC partners. Simon Bourne (Chief Data Officer), Gordon Grace, Katie Gardner (PPPT Director), Jaee Samant (Director General) and DCC Naveed Malik were in attendance to give speeches and present awards.
