On Wednesday 16th November, we will be joined by experts from Adobe who will share how the using the built-in tools that are already available to all colleagues in police forces. Once you see how easily and robustly Acrobat’s tools work, colleagues will be able more effectively and efficiently freeing up time to focus on key decisions and other work.
All staff in policing can use the full Acrobat Pro DC product as part of the licencing agreement arranged by the Police Digital Service Commerical Team and Adobe’s account team. The tool includes ways of finding individual words or defined lists of key words automatically marking them for redaction. There is also a tool which can recognise different patterns of content such as dates of birth and how the solution can automatically create a summary of the reactions.
This session will be useful to anyone who either occasionally or regularly needs to prepare redacted documents for sharing, such as Criminal Justice Teams, Information Managers and Freedom of Information teams.
