Reflections from the delivery of the National Enabling Programmes
The National Enabling Programme (NEP) formally closed last week after successfully achieving the programme objectives. The NEP continues to be widely praised for not only achieving the objectives but also by the way the programme team worked hand in hand with policing so the police service could achieve the outcomes.
On Wednesday 6th April, we held a 30 minute webinar at midday when members of the team shared reflections and learning from the approach. During the session, the team will shared feedback about what worked and what didn’t work so well, how the NEP ‘proactively’ listened and adapted to the issues raised and what we would urged colleagues challenged with the delivery of major change should consider.
