WHAT’S NEW IN M365 AND TEAMS – HOW TO WORK SMARTER
Join us at midday on Wednesday 30th November, our webinar will focus on the everyday tools everyone in UK policing uses to connect with colleagues and manage information and demonstrate some useful functions that many users don’t realise can make their work easier and more effective.
Over the 30 minute LIVE and interactive webinar, we will be showcasing some of the functionality that policing colleagues should all have access to which WILL help them be more EFFECTIVE and hopefully SAVE TIME. The Microsoft 365 rollout means that the tools we all have across policing are modern, connected and of course Evergreen.
We will cover how to convert an email into a Microsoft Teams chat, which will enable colleagues to reduce the number of emails and hopefully action and resolve issues much quicker and provide a better user experience for our staff. We will go on to cover how Live options in PowerPoint and Excel help with collaboration, improving accessibility for our users and improving the effectiveness of meetings.
Everything we cover is already available as a result of the rollout of Microsoft 365 under the common PDS blueprint. Viewers will be able to use the tips and tricks learnt straight after the webinar and we will be encouraging colleagues to share this learning with their teams.
