We accept the following payment methods:
- BACS (against invoice). Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number – It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made. If you are unsure if you require a PO, or are having difficulties in obtaining one, please contact CJS on 0333 222 4061.
- Credit card payments can be made during the registration process. If you require a payment link sending directly please select payment type as “Invoice” and type “CARD PAYMENT” into the box requesting a purchase order number.

The Police Digital Summit will be held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole, Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 2FU.
Travel is not included in any of the delegate packages and should be locally arranged and funded.
Brighton is easily accessible via road and train.

On Tuesday 12th September we will be holding a sponsored pre-summit reception for delegates arriving into Brighton ahead of the start of the first full day. This is an optional evening event to welcome delegates who have travelled significant differences.
On Wednesday 13th September – the registration and exhibition area will be open from 8:30 am with the formal summit opening at 9:30 am. There will be lunch and refreshment breaks for networking and visiting the sponsors. There are two breakout workshops each with four options for delegates to interact with suppliers, forces and colleagues.
The formal closes around 5:00pm and will be followed by the Summit Dinner for those ticket holders, which includes an after dinner speaker and lots of opportunities to speak with other colleagues.On Thursday 14th September – the registration and exhibition area will be open from 8:30 am with the formal summit opening at 9:30 am. There will be keynote presentations, panels and a further breakout session. You can expect a morning refreshments break and lunch with those opportunities to visit the exhibitions and speak to colleagues.
We will close the summit around 3:30 pm.

Joining instructions will be sent in the two weeks prior to the summit via an automated email.
Please keep an eye on spam/junk folders if you have not received your email.

Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the summit.
You can change the details by logging back into your booking or alternatively, please contact CJS on 0333 222 4061.

Should guidelines limit or cancel the event you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your booking over to the next PDS Summit.
Should you develop Covid or symptoms you will be offered a substitution to attend in your place.
Should you be unable to attend due to personal circumstances, you will be offered a substitution to attend in your place.
